Senior Business Development Manager
About the Role
We need an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales team, manage key client relationships, and develop strategies to grow revenue across service lines. You will work directly with the leadership team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development or sales leadership experience in IT / digital services
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals (₹10L+)
- Strong network in the Kerala / South India business community is a plus
- Experience managing and mentoring a small sales team
- Strategic thinking with excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
