Most "free SEO audit" tools online are a form that emails you a PDF two days later, or a score generator that gives every site the same list of problems. These do the actual work: we fetch your page, parse it, and report what we genuinely found — including the things you are doing right.
You will see your score before we ask for anything. If you want the full breakdown of every finding, that is where we ask who you are — a fair trade, and you can ignore us afterwards.
Are these tools really free?
Yes. Every tool runs for free and there is no usage cap for normal use. The SEO audit and quality check show your score and the most important findings immediately; the complete list of findings asks for your name, email and phone so we can follow up if you want help. Everything else — SSL check, link checker, SERP preview, cost calculator and speed test — is completely open.
Do you store the websites I check?
We store the URL, the scores and the findings so we can show you the report and so our team can help if you ask us to. We do not store the content of your pages, and we never share what you check with anyone else. If you would like a record deleted, email support@edgesys.tech and we will remove it.
How accurate is the SEO audit?
It checks what can be checked from a single page fetch: title and meta tags, heading structure, canonical tags, robots.txt, sitemap, structured data, Open Graph tags, image alt text, internal links and content depth. That covers most on-page SEO problems. It cannot see your backlinks, your rankings, or anything behind a login — those need tools with their own crawl data, and we are honest about the difference.
Can I check a site that is not mine?
Yes. All these tools read publicly available pages, exactly as a search engine would. Checking a competitor's site is a perfectly normal thing to do and is how most people use tools like this.
Why does the speed test only measure download?
The download test streams real data from our infrastructure to your browser and measures how fast it arrives, plus the round-trip latency. Upload testing needs a different setup that we have deliberately kept off the public tool. If you need a full symmetric line test for a business connection, get in touch.
Rather have us just fix it?
Run the audit, then send us the result. We will tell you which findings actually matter for your business and what it would take to fix them — free, no obligation.
