Diet Meal Delivery Platform With Subscriptions & Corporate Ordering for Pro Calories

Pro Calories prepares dietitian-led healthy meals in Ernakulam and delivers across Kochi. Their business model breaks every off-the-shelf e-commerce assumption: à-la-carte orders must close at a daily 2 PM cutoff; subscription plans vary by goal (slimming, weight gain, keto, balanced), duration and meal combination — each with its own pricing; and corporate clients need entire offices fed across shifts with per-employee delivery tracking.

They also needed clean Indian tax handling — transparent 5% GST and delivery charges at checkout, and GST reports for accounts — plus an operations dashboard the kitchen and delivery team could actually run the day from.

We built a custom platform with a customer-facing storefront and a full admin ERP:

• Healthy menu storefront: 203 items across categories (salads, soups, pizzas, rolls, seafood protein and more) with live ordering-window status — "Ordering open · Closes 2 PM".
• Diet plan catalogue: 68 dietitian-designed plans across Slimming, Gain Weight, Keto and Balanced goals, each with meal-combination pricing (breakfast/lunch/dinner), day-by-day sample meal schedules and calorie ranges.
• Transparent checkout: plan price, delivery and 5% GST broken out line by line before payment.
• Customer & corporate accounts: tabbed logins, with corporate subscriptions managed per company, per shift and per employee.
• Admin ERP: food menu management, orders, meal orders, corporate delivery dashboards with per-employee delivery status, expenses, payments, GST reports, roles & permissions and full CMS.
• Brand experience: a fresh green-and-orange design with light/dark mode, trust badges (FSSAI certified, dietitian-led) and mobile-first layouts.

procalories.in now runs the entire operation — retail orders, subscriptions and corporate programs:

• 203 menu items and 68 diet plans sold online, from ₹299 meals to ₹18,330 premium 26-day plans
• 1,568 registered customers ordering through the platform
• Corporate meal programs tracked to the last meal — delivery dashboards show per-employee, per-shift status (e.g. 71/71 meals delivered, 100%)
• Daily order cutoffs, kitchen planning and delivery assignment handled by the admin ERP instead of phone calls and spreadsheets
• GST reports generated straight from the system for accounting
