Multi-Branch ERP That Brought 8,000+ Spare Parts Under One System for Access Point

Access Point supplies spare parts for heavy equipment brands like SANY, XCMG, ZOOMLION, SINOTRUK and WEICHAI — a catalogue that runs into thousands of filters, seal kits, clutch plates and compressors, each with brand, model and category variations. With multiple branches, stock and billing lived in separate registers and spreadsheets, so nobody had a real-time answer to basic questions: what is in stock, what is it worth, who owes us, and what did we actually earn this month?

Billing had to be GST-compliant with correct CGST/SGST/IGST splits, and the accounts team needed proper books — not sales totals stitched together at month-end. Off-the-shelf software either handled retail POS or accounting, but not multi-branch parts trading with jobs, purchases and full double-entry in one place.

We designed and built 360 ERP, a web-based business automation suite, and deployed it for Access Point with multi-organization support — staff switch branches in a click and every transaction stays scoped to its branch.

• Masters & inventory: items with brand/model/category hierarchy, item locations, movement history and stock valuation for 8,000+ SKUs.

• Double-entry accounting built in: chart of accounts, receipts, payments, vouchers, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow — books that balance to the rupee.
• Reports: inventory aging with 0–30/31–60/61–90/90+ day buckets, stock movement, outstanding invoices, counter-wise and item-wise sales, and more — all exportable to CSV or print.
• Fast multi-tab workspace: a browser-style tabbed interface with light/dark themes, so counter staff keep invoices, receipts and reports open side by side.
